Sitagliptin 50 mg/day was switched to linagliptin 5 mg/every other day in February 2012 (week 0) and linagliptin 5 mg/every other day was switched back to sitagliptin 50 mg/day at week 4. The changes of CRE and K levels are shown before and after these therapeutic switches.
