Multicystic Facial Nerve Neurinoma: A Case Report

Figure 2. Postoperative coronal T1-weighted MRI with gadolinium enhancement. The multicystic tumor was resected by the left side middle cranial fossa craniotomy (infratemporal approach). But internal acoustic canal tumor was not removed. It has been observed for 2 years.
